Cymao has practiced sound corporate citizenship and is certified by the Malaysian Timber Industry Board that it will supply only timber products that have been obtained from logs of well-managed forests in accordance to Malaysia's National Policy and Strategy for such forests.

These plan also comply with the International Tropical Timber Organization Guidelines for the sustainable management of natural tropical forests and the draft criteria for sustainability at National and Forests Management Unit Level within the Framework of Target 2000 agreed by the International Tropical Timber Council in Yokohama in December.
